First, most guys that are older than 14 find a big butt attractive. Second, there is no exercise that makes your butt smaller. Exercising your butt can only make it bigger.
The reason your butt is big is that because a woman's body stores fat in her thighs and butt. You can't spot reduce this away, you have to lose fat over your entire body.
To lose fat:
1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS!
2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are 4ft tall, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won't work in the long run.
3. Calculate your BMR. Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level.
4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight.
5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein.
5. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (that includes diet soda).
6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this.
7. Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don't worry; you won't look like the hulk if you lift weights.
8. You should lose about 1-2lbs per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass.
9. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements.
Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guideline you will be very happy with your results. |
What is an easy way for me to lose weight without losing the little butt that I have? I'm trying to get fit for the summer and with me wearing a swimsuit I want to fill out my swimsuit. First of all losing weight isn't easy... however with cardio and a certain amount of strength training you will be good. Make sure you do at least 2 exercises for the butt, 3 sets of 10 reps.. It's very easy to lose whatever is left on the butt when you lose weight, but if you do strength training and keep progressing ur workouts, like putting more weight on and such, it will reduce the risk of the butt shrinking in..lol =)

Your going to have to lift heavy, in other words if you do squats and you can do more than ten reps the weight is too light. Your going to have to work HARD aerobics aint gonna cut it!!!! |

Actually, I'd say avoid halters. I've looked high and low for a definite solution to halters-on-broad-shoulders, but it's a mixed bag so I'm going to go with experience and say no halters.
As for the breasts, I wouldn't worry too much about them. But if it bugs you, go for triangle-cut, ruffles, or even padded cups, if you feel comfortable with it.
Maybe boy-leg style bottoms will make your hips look bigger, which in turn balance out your broad shoulders. Also look for belts, anything that plays up your hips. It creates an hourglass figure if you expand your lower half.
As for the actual shops, I'd say look around! The best way to find out if something suits you is to actually try it on and parade around in it for a little while. Have fun! |
